Our goal is to give you a Spa experience to remember. All of our therapists have extensive training and experience to bring proven skills and specialized technique to their work. We offer you our training and our undivided attention in the pursuit of your complete satisfaction.

RESERVATION
Due to high demand of our spa services, we advise that you book your appointments at least a week in advance to ensure your spa experience. We require a major credit card to secure and confirm your reservation.

GIFT CERTIFICATES/CARDS AVAILABLE
Gift certificates and cards are available through phone, e-mail or in person.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All Spa reservations will be guaranteed by your credit card. No-shows, and any reservations cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the total spa reservation to your credit card.

SPA-VIP MEMBERSHIP
Become our LaLé member and benefit from membership prices on services and products. Please feel free to ask any of our spa team members.

SPA AMENITIES
Our spa guests will have access to the following spa amenities:
Rocklin Location: Hotel pool and jacuzzi. Dry sauna.
Sacramento Location: Hotel pool and private jacuzzi.
*Dry Sauna and Hot Tub are not recommended for pregnant women or for those with high blood pressure/heart conditions. *Please bring you bathing suit.

SPA ETIQUETTE
-Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment to have time to check in, change into your robe and slippers, and relax.
-If you are going to be arriving late, please note that your services will end at the scheduled time to ensure that the next guest’s services are not delayed.
-As a courtesy to other clients, please turn off your cell phone.
